Downstairs Description

Sitting room Tastefully decorated in fresh, seaside colours the sitting room has an open fire for a cosy, warm feeling all year round (initial supply of logs are provided). Flatscreen TV with FreeSat (200+ channels), dvd player and comfy sofas.

Kitchen / dining The kitchen is bright, airy and modern and opens onto the sunroom. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven & hob with extractor fan. The dining area is at one end of the kitchen with table and chairs to seat all guests.

Sunroom The sunroom is accessed from the kitchen and has a bluetooth speaker, Ipod docking station, board games, books & dvds, and a flatscreen TV. shower over.

First Floor Description

Three pretty bedrooms - One double, one king sized and one with bunk beds. The king sized and double bedrooms have electric blankets, clock radios and hairdryers provided. The bunkbed room has a clock radio and cd player.

Bathroom The family bathroom is on the first floor by the bedrooms and has a loo, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and bath with shower over.
