Outside Description
This property has a private and enclosed garden with 2 hot tubs and a sauna, outdoor sofas and tables and chairs and a gas BBQ.
Shared The grounds surrounding the property includes a lake with carp, an all-weather tennis court, there’s also a games room with a pool table, table tennis and darts, which guests are welcome to enjoy and make use of, but these are shared facilities with the other holiday cottages nearby. Deer's Leap is a farm with animals, ponies, chickens, sheep, cows and a beagle called Poppy.

2 lounges with gorgeous inglenook fireplaces and wood-burning stoves (and the 2nd lounge has a double sofa bed) A large dining room with a big oak dining table Spacious farmhouse kitchen is always welcoming with an Aga and triple oven Rangemaster, it's really well equipped with everything from a citrus zester to a fish poacher.
