Outside Description

The terrace is accessed from the large patio doors in the sunroom, and has a table and seating for 4 guests. It has a stunning view of Amble pier and the gorgeous coastline, it also has direct access, via steps down to the promenade below. Outside and Parking The terrace is fenced off but has access to the promenade via a gate, it is not completely private to passers by. There is residents parking for 1 car within a small car park very close to the property.

Downstairs Description

Kitchen The modern kitchen is open to the dining/living area and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests.

The utility room is accessed from the kitchen and houses the washing machine, sink, draining area and tumble dryer.

The ground floor shower room is accessed via the utility room. There is a large walk in shower with rainfall shower .

Lounge/Dining Room The bold, stylish dining area is a spacious room with a large feature mirror, ornate cabinets and a dining table seating 4 guests. Open plan through to the lounge it has an amazing view of the sea, the pier and Coquet Island through the large floor to ceiling windows of the sunroom. There is a large wood burning stove.

Accessed from the lounge area, sliding doors open into a lovely sunroom which has fantastic views of the sea and seating for 4 guests. This room leads onto a furnished terrace with seating for up to 4 people enabling you to maximise the views and enjoy the sunshine in the warmer months.

First Floor Description

Master Bedroom A gorgeous room with amazing views of the sea and coastline. The bed is super kingsize (6ft wide)

Second Bedroom A lovely south east facing bedroom with a kingsize (5ft wide) bed.

The family bathroom is spacious with a large window letting in plenty of natural light. Bath, shower with waterfall head and separate attachment
