Roseate House has a private driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and has an EV charging point available for guests use (guests to bring their own cable to plug into the outdoor point).

Kitchen This bright, west facing room has French doors leading out to the garden. The modern kitchen with breakfast bar has everything your would expect from a luxury coastal cottage.
Dining Room Leading on from the kitchen is the spacious east facing dining area with a large table and seating for 8 guests .

First Floor Description
Lounge A lovely east facing lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas – one three-seater and one two seater, an occasional chair and 2 pouffes. With large bi-folding doors opening out onto a balcony

Bedroom 4 Bunk room, suitable for children
The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath
